Myanmar retailer City Mart Holding has celebrating its 20th anniversary with the opening of its fourth Marketplace store in the capital Yangon.
The store located at 6.5 Mile was officially opened on 10 September, with special promotions running for two weeks.
“The main reason of our existence in the past 20 years is our customers, employees and our business partners who have supportively held our hands as we journeyed through good and bad times,” City Mart chief executive Daw Win Win Tint said at the opening ceremony.
City Mart operates more than 180 stores across Myanmar, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores and bookstores, as well as cafes and bakeries.
