LFI's new product looks at the repositioning of brands

Leatherhead Food International (LFI) has announced the launch of its new service, Brandwise.

The service incorporates all aspects of brand repositioning that should be considered by a manufacturer. This includes; market review, product audit and benchmarking, nutritional evaluation, legal implications and sensory quality and acceptability.

LFI's market intelligence team will conduct an audit of competitor products. The product audit results in a benchmarking range against those of competitors, highlighting key areas that may benefit from a refocus taking into account current consumer trends. The science and technical team of nutrition and food science experts will provide a nutritional evaluation and a team of sensory scientists will assess the qualities of the newly formulated product.

LFI believes by bringing together so many aspects of its food expertise, Brandwise aims to deliver a one-stop shop for customers and improving their business.
