Foodex Meatex has teamed up with the Development Chefs Network who will be present at the March exhibition showing what can be achieved when chefs, food developers, manufacturers and suppliers all work together.

The DCN will be in the 21st century food zone, which looks at future developments in the food industry. DCN representatives will be presenting the latest ideas and products that are shaping the industry.

Foodex Meatex chief executive Steve Bax, said: “I am delighted that the DCN is going to have a presence at Foodex Meatex 2004. The exhibition has long been recognised as a leading authority on developments within the food industry and the DCN profile fits in perfectly with this ethos.”

The DCN is an organisation run by chefs for chefs. It aims to improve the quality of manufactured food to the credit of the chef and the benefit of the consumer.
