A CD-Rom containing over 1,000 hyper-linked articles and summaries on food safety is available from Campden and Chorleywood Food Research Association Group (CCFRA).

The ësafefood library' will be of value to food industry managers as a reference tool and training aid on aspects of microbiological safety of foods.

The CD-Rom works like a website with a front screen that provides access to articles with themes such as food preservation and microbiological food poisoning. The articles also highlight different preservation systems which are critical in assuring food safety.
