Baltimore Innovations Limited will be showing its Always Fresh, air filtration equipment and spatial mapping software for the food processing industry at Foodex Meatex 2004.
Baltimore is the European distributors for the US company International Air Filtration. The Always Fresh is a system to clear air in a storage/processing environment. The potential benefit can improve product quality, extend the shelf-life of products and reduce spoiled and wasted products by up to 30 per cent.
